Customer Experience Associate

About the role

TD Canada Trust is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join its Etobicoke branch. In this front‑line position you will deliver friendly, accurate banking services while helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in line with TD procedures, industry regulations and the Code of Conduct.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking products and services, and refer customers to specialised teams when required.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries using standard processes, escalating non‑standard issues as needed.
• Meet assigned sales and service targets by promoting relevant banking solutions.
• Build personal connections with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Contribute to a diverse, equitable workplace by supporting team effectiveness and participating in performance development.
• Keep teammates informed about transaction status and branch activities.
