About the role
TD Canada Trust is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Experience Associate to join its North York branch. In this role you will be the frontline contact for customers, handling everyday banking transactions while delivering a positive and personalized experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments and other financial transactions in accordance with TD procedures and regulatory standards.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate banking solutions, and refer customers to specialized teams when necessary.
- Address and resolve routine customer inquiries, escalating complex issues according to established protocols.
- Achieve sales and service targets by promoting TD products and services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and follow standardized procedures.
- Demonstrated reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
