Customer Expansion Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Expansion Specialist to drive outbound outreach, generate qualified leads, and deliver solutions that delight our customers. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to expand our customer base and achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce our offerings.
• Qualify leads by assessing needs, budget, and decision‑making process.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, uncover opportunities, and overcome objections.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all interactions in a CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly lead‑generation and conversion objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma; college degree is an asset.
• Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle objections, rejections, and fast‑changing market conditions.
• Self‑motivated, organized, reliable, and punctual.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
