About the role
Join Hype Events as a Customer Engagement Associate and turn your hospitality background into a career in sales and brand representation. You’ll work full‑time with a dynamic team, representing well‑known brands across sectors such as energy, cosmetics, fintech and non‑profits.
Key responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers using human‑centred communication strategies.
- Represent major brands and promote their products or services.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership and business‑development skills.
Required profile
- Experience in hospitality or strong people‑skills.
- Positive attitude, coachability and a sense of humour.
- Motivation to grow and adopt a winning mindset.
- Full‑time availability and commitment to long‑term development.
