Vice President, North America Retail

About the role

This newly created Vice President position sits at the heart of a fast‑growing global retail group expanding across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Global Retail Director, you will own the full P&L for the North American store portfolio and drive the launch of additional retail brands in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the North American business strategy, delivering on sales, growth and profitability targets.
• Lead all retail operations, including store performance, inventory management, labour optimisation and loss prevention.
• Mentor and motivate a dispersed team of regional and store managers, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Identify and evaluate new store opportunities, supporting the real‑estate pipeline and launch process.
• Act as the voice of North American customers, providing market insight to the global leadership team.

Required profile

• Proven senior retail leader with multi‑site experience in the US and Canada.
• Demonstrated success expanding an international retail business in North America.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep P&L management experience.
• Hands‑on operator comfortable with fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Inspirational people leader capable of building large, geographically dispersed teams.
