About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food in a fast‑casual environment. You’ll receive comprehensive training to work at any station—grill, cashier, prep, salsa, or expo—while contributing to a friendly, customer‑focused atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items by hand.
• Operate the grill, cash register, and food‑prep stations safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food‑safety standards.
• Provide courteous, prompt service to guests, addressing their needs and questions.
• Support teammates across all stations to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Desire to learn cooking techniques and restaurant processes.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the location.
