About the role
Join Chipotle as a Crew Member and be part of a team that prepares real, responsibly sourced food by hand. You’ll work in a fast‑casual environment, serving customers and learning to cook across various stations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate at any station – grill, cashier, prep, salsa, or expo – after training.
- Provide friendly, high‑quality customer service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following food‑safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure real food is served without freezers or microwaves.
Required profile
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping customers and teammates.
- Desire to learn cooking techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
