About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver fresh, responsibly sourced food in a fast‑casual setting. You’ll receive comprehensive training to work at any station, from grill and prep to cashier and expo, while contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food‑safety standards.
• Operate the cash register, handle customer orders, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and station sanitation.
• Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, creating a positive dining atmosphere.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
