Crew Member – Counter Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Counter Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Counter Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our customers by assisting with food preparation, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the service area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and offer food samples willingly.
• Take orders and process payments accurately.
• Prepare food items and drinks safely and efficiently.
• Manage mobile orders and package take‑out orders by following receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, all surfaces, and kitchen equipment.

Required profile

• 6+ months experience required.
• Previous experience in customer service or food handling is preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
