Credit Adjudicator

About the role

Eden Park, a dynamic automobile finance brand within the Fairstone Bank family, is seeking a Credit Adjudicator to review and adjudicate vehicle loan applications. You will assess applicants' creditworthiness, verify documentation, and collaborate with sales, income, funding, and dealer partners to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.

Key responsibilities

• Review vehicle loan applications, evaluating credit history, income, employment, and collateral valuation.
• Ensure all required documents are complete, accurate, and properly executed.
• Provide prompt, customer‑oriented service to applicants, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Income, Funding, and dealer partners to resolve issues and expedite approvals.
• Maintain compliance with credit policy guidelines and company procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed credit policy guidelines and interpret credit bureau reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work all scheduled shifts.
• At least 1 year of experience in loan underwriting, financial institutions, or the auto industry is preferred.
