Coupa Principal Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Coupa Principal Consultant to join its Mississauga office. You will lead end‑to‑end solution design, architecture and delivery of Coupa platforms for retail and CPG clients, shaping value‑adding consulting solutions across the procurement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define problem statements, propose and refine Coupa‑based solutions.
• Lead architecture and implementation of Coupa Core, Strategic Sourcing, CSO, CLM‑S, CLM‑ARPM‑A, Coupa Category Strategy (Cirtuo), AI Classification, Coupa AI, Navi and Contract Intelligence.
• Design scalable, secure integration architectures using APIs, CSV files and middleware.
• Manage global implementations, phased roll‑outs and product roadmap definition.
• Provide strategic consulting on Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) transformation and procurement operating models.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs and leadership reports.
• Advise business and IT leadership as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario, or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience, with deep Coupa solution architecture expertise.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Coupa solution architecture and implementation (Coupa Core, Strategic Sourcing, CSO, CLM‑S, CLM‑ARPM‑A, Cirtuo, AI Classification, Coupa AI, Navi, Contract Intelligence).
• Advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases within procurement.
• Integration design using APIs, CSV, and middleware.
• Strong knowledge of Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) best practices.
• Experience in retail and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.
