About the role
We are seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to provide high‑level support to our CEO, CLO and broader business functions during a 12‑18 month maternity leave cover. The role combines executive assistance, legal operations, finance, HR and office management within a fast‑growing food‑science company.
Key responsibilities
- Act as Executive Assistant to the CEO and CLO, managing calendars, meetings and Board of Directors logistics.
- Support legal operations by handling vendor agreements, NDAs, onboarding documentation and tracking legal deadlines.
- Manage accounts payable for headquarters, process invoices and assist the CFO with audit‑ready documentation.
- Prepare onboarding packages, maintain employee records and assist with HR inquiries and benefits enrollment.
- Oversee office supplies, maintain a clean and safe work environment and provide general administrative support.
Required profile
- Diploma or certificate in Legal Administration, Executive Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Administrator, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to handle confidential information, prioritize competing tasks and work extended hours when needed.
