About the role
The Faculty of Law at McGill University is seeking an experienced legal professional to teach the Corporate Finance course (BUS2 505) in the Fall 2026 term.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and lead discussions on corporate finance topics for undergraduate law students.
- Prepare and update course materials, including required and discretionary readings.
- Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and participation.
- Coordinate with the Student Affairs Office regarding scheduling and any changes.
Required profile
- At minimum, a first degree in law.
- Several years of significant practice or professional experience in corporate finance or related legal areas.
- Experience teaching undergraduate law students in a bilingual setting.
