Corporate Controller – Restaurant Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Controller for our restaurant chain in Calgary. The role involves overseeing financial and administrative controls, allocating resources, and coordinating regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
• Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
• Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions.
• Select middle managers, directors or executive staff and delegate authority.
• Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns and HR planning.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Flexibility, organization, teamwork and initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Criminal record check.
