Corporate Controller (Remote, Canada)

About the role

The Corporate Controller will report to the Head of Finance and serve as the finance leader for HealthHub. This full‑time, permanent role is remote across Canada with occasional on‑site days at the Mississauga office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day finance and accounting functions, overseeing a small team of professionals.
• Manage budgeting, planning, forecasting and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Own accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash‑management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls and tax planning.
• Drive month‑end closing, revenue recognition, billing, collections and dispute resolution.
• Perform in‑depth accounting analysis and support strategic planning and risk management.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight that drives growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, preferably in a controller or similar senior role.

• Annual base salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000 CAD.
