Corporate Communications Advisor

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications, you will bring Saputo’s employer value proposition and corporate brand to life through multi‑channel internal communications. You will partner with stakeholders across Canada and globally to create engaging, audience‑centric content for digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic communications advisor, identifying opportunities to support business priorities and boost employee engagement.
• Craft clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse internal audiences and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Develop and execute integrated, multi‑channel communication plans using intranet, email, digital signage and events.
• Continuously optimize internal communication platforms, keeping content relevant, user‑friendly and aligned with best practices.
• Explore and adopt emerging tools and techniques such as AI, Smart Brevity and visual storytelling to modernize communications.
• Monitor engagement metrics and feedback, using insights to refine content and tactics.
• Maintain the corporate editorial calendar to ensure timely, cohesive messaging.
• Design visually compelling communications (presentations, infographics, intranet features, email layouts) that simplify complex information.
• Coordinate translation processes, ensuring accuracy, tone and consistency across languages.
• Support a range of corporate communications initiatives, events and related activities as needed.

Required profile
