About the role
Join The Sprout Restaurant’s kitchen team to prepare delicious vegetarian, vegan and gluten‑free meals in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You will work closely with guests who have specific dietary needs and ensure high standards of food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten‑free options.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Operate dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware and flatware.
Required profile
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Dependable, flexible team player with strong oral communication and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Food safety knowledge.
- Vegetarian, vegan and gluten‑free cooking techniques.
