About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our restaurant team in Lac La Biche. The role involves preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high food quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Manage overall kitchen operations.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant cooking experience.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, repetitive task environment.
- Support for newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- On‑the‑job training opportunities tailored to youth.
