Controller – Finance Management

About the role

Join a fast‑paced organization in the vertical market software industry as a Controller. You will be part of Harris Healthcare Group’s finance management team, providing financial support and analysis that directly impacts the Business Units you serve.

Key responsibilities

• Review complex revenue recognition for software contracts under IFRS 15 and maintain WIP schedules.
• Perform account reconciliations, analyze results, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
• Assist operational leaders with monthly forecasting and act as a trusted business partner.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals while ensuring strong internal controls.
• Identify risks, improve and standardise finance processes, and support audit activities.
• Execute special projects such as due‑diligence and integration of new acquisitions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a large accounting firm or industry role.
• CPA designation.
• Hands‑on experience with complex revenue recognition and IFRS reporting.
