Content Analyst – Global Content Enablement

About the role

Invesco’s Global Content Enablement team is looking for a Content Analyst to support the Americas & EMEA Marketing organization. The role will execute the content strategy and roadmap, improving content quality, accessibility, and usability across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytics support for EMEA content domains and additional support for North America.
• Partner with EMEA Content Product Owners to deliver analysis across development, deployment, and research initiatives.
• Define and standardize content quality metrics, building reporting and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with domain experts to develop and maintain a global taxonomy and align stakeholders to standardized definitions.
• Bridge business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and strategic priorities.
• Map business processes, develop expertise in content sources, and recommend improvements for content effectiveness.
• Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, support testing, impact analysis, and cross‑team coordination.
• Lead governance and documentation efforts, including content quality monitoring and issue escalation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in content analytics.
• Proven ability to work closely with product owners and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience defining metrics and building dashboards for performance visibility.
• Familiarity with taxonomy development and content governance processes.
• Hands‑on approach to translating business requirements into technical solutions.
