Consultant / Senior Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant/Senior Consultant to lead client delivery on technical projects within our digital transformation practice. The role combines business consulting, project management and hands‑on guidance for development teams to ensure successful implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client status calls, discovery workshops and strategic sessions.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with key client stakeholders and internal development teams.
• Own project deliverables, timelines and cross‑functional coordination.
• Guide development teams through all implementation phases and ongoing support.
• Translate client pain points and business goals into actionable technical designs.
• Identify account growth opportunities and drive client success outcomes.
• Own strategic research initiatives and collaborate on best‑practice development within the consulting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years experience in consulting, marketing operations, engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven client‑facing experience with strong relationship and account management skills.
• Experience coordinating development teams and delivering technical projects.
