About the role

As a Consultant on KPMG’s Go‑to‑Market Client Services team, you will help clients adopt the firm’s digital and technology‑enabled solutions. You will work closely with both client and internal teams to translate product capabilities into practical outcomes and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of client implementation projects for KPMG’s digital and technology‑enabled solutions.
• Work directly with clients to understand workflows, requirements, and operational needs during implementation.
• Configure, test, and operationalize solutions within client environments to ensure successful adoption.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
• Collaborate with internal product, technology, and client‑service teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Participate in client discovery sessions to translate business challenges into implementation plans.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delivery issues or client challenges.
• Provide hands‑on support throughout onboarding, deployment, and adoption stages.
• Document implementation processes and contribute to repeatable delivery playbooks.
• Provide feedback to product and development teams to improve solutions based on client experience.
• Support initiatives exploring AI and emerging technologies to enhance client service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, client delivery, implementation, or technology‑enabled services.
• Experience working on client‑facing projects with defined deliverables and timelines.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
