Consultant – Data Platforms & AI

About the role

Lantern is looking for motivated individuals to join a new cohort of consultants who will help clients build modern data platforms and agentic business solutions. The program combines intensive training, hands‑on project work, and mentorship to fast‑track participants into client‑ready consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a multi‑week bootcamp covering consulting fundamentals, data platforms, and AI technologies.
• Collaborate with client teams to design and implement data‑driven solutions.
• Apply modern tooling such as GitHub to manage code and deliverables.
• Work on real client projects under the guidance of senior consultants.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the United States or Canada (no sponsorship).
• Curiosity about AI, data‑driven problem solving, and modern technologies.
• Educational background in computer science, data analytics, engineering, mathematics, business, or social sciences.
