Consultant, Capacity, Access & Flow

About the role

Ontario Health is seeking a Consultant to advance regional strategies that improve health system capacity, patient access and flow across the Toronto Region. The role involves collaborating with providers, partners and internal teams to translate evidence and system insights into practical solutions that enhance outcomes for patients and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement across the health system to gather insights and build trusted relationships.
• Analyze data to identify gaps, opportunities and performance trends related to capacity, access and flow.
• Support change‑management initiatives and evaluate the impact of key programs.
• Design and recommend targeted interventions that strengthen system performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure evidence‑based decision making.

Required profile

• Experience in health system planning or related analytical roles.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of turning data and evidence into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
