Construction Worker – Entry Level

About the role

Pagnotta Inc., a mid‑sized structural concrete provider in Western Canada, is seeking motivated construction workers for upcoming projects in Regina, SK. This entry‑level position offers a pathway to leadership roles such as foreman or superintendent within 5‑7 years.

Key responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople with on‑site tasks and material handling.
• Count, manage, load and unload inventory.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organization.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, hoarding, and guardrails.
• Perform trench digging, concrete chipping, snow removal, flagging, and pour watching.
• Operate skid steer, zoom boom, and aerial work platforms (training provided).
• Support rigging activities as needed.

Required profile

• Positive attitude toward safety and teamwork.
• Punctual, reliable, and self‑motivated.
• Physically fit with manual dexterity.
• Willingness to learn and pursue trade certification.

Required skills

• Operation of skid steer, zoom boom, aerial work platform.
• Basic rigging knowledge (asset).
• WHMIS 2015 certification (provided if needed).
• CSTS 2020 Fundamentals (provided for less‑experienced candidates).
