Construction Worker – Entry Level – Edmonton

About the role

Join Pagnotta Inc., a mid‑size structural concrete provider, as an entry‑level Construction Worker on high‑rise projects in downtown Edmonton. This full‑time, year‑round position offers a clear path to leadership roles for motivated individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople with daily tasks on construction sites.
• Count, manage, load and unload materials.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organization, including housekeeping.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, temporary hoarding, and guardrails.
• Perform trench digging, concrete chipping, snow removal, flagging, and pour watching.
• Operate skid steer, zoom boom, and aerial work platforms after internal training.
• Support rigging activities as needed.

Required profile

• Positive attitude toward safety and teamwork.
• Reliable, punctual and self‑motivated.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Physically fit with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a crew.

Required skills

• Skid steer operation (training provided).
• Zoom boom operation (training provided).
• Aerial work platform operation (training provided).
• Basic rigging techniques.
• WHMIS 2015 certification (can be provided).
• CSTS 2020 Fundamentals (can be provided).
