About the role

This position is designed for a hands‑on Construction Superintendent who thrives on‑site, leads crews directly, and takes full ownership of daily construction execution. You will be the visible leader ensuring safety, schedule, and quality across multiple institutional and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a daily on‑site presence to oversee all construction activities.
• Lead crews through active participation, supervision, and coordination.
• Train, mentor, and develop junior workers and apprentices.
• Drive performance through example, accountability, and workmanship standards.
• Ensure adherence to site safety, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Manage 1‑3 concurrent projects, with flexibility during peak periods.

Required profile

• Strong professionalism and communication skills.
• High level of safety discipline and compliance.
• Ability to operate in occupied or sensitive environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Clear background check eligibility for institutional work.
• Relevant site‑supervision certifications (e.g., Supervisor training, First Aid/CPR/AED, Working at Heights).
• Multiple years of experience in institutional, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
