About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead commercial interior projects from start to finish. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and top‑quality delivery while coordinating multiple teams on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure they follow project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately.
• Manage on‑site safety protocols in line with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• Oversee budgeting for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare detailed status reports, issue logs, and resolutions for stakeholders.
• Utilize construction estimating tools for cost control and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain construction management software for scheduling, documentation, and communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising commercial interior construction sites.
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
