Construction Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

Clearway is seeking a Construction Scheduling Coordinator to develop, maintain, and update CPM schedules for its heavy‑civil projects. The role works closely with estimators, project managers, site personnel, and other technical teams to ensure accurate schedule tracking and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Identify major milestones, critical approvals, long‑lead items, and schedule constraints.
• Coordinate with site personnel and project managers to verify progress and update schedules.
• Adjust schedule logic, sequencing, and durations based on resource and material availability.
• Prepare schedule logs, narratives, progress reports, and other contract deliverables.
• Support site progress assessments through walks, quantity tracking, and field coordination.
• Generate project controls reports such as S‑curves, cash‑flow forecasts, earned‑value metrics, and variance analysis.

Required profile

• University or college education in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction‑related activities.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
