Construction Project Manager – Water & Infrastructure

About the role

Industra Construction Corp. seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex water, wastewater, heavy civil, industrial and infrastructure projects across Ontario and Eastern Canada. You will own the full project lifecycle, from planning through delivery, ensuring schedule, budget, and client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, developing and managing schedules aligned with milestones.
• Oversee coordination among internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and meeting minutes.
• Direct procurement activities, negotiate subcontractor agreements, and monitor performance.
• Control project budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, monthly reporting, progress billing, and financial reviews.
• Provide site leadership, conduct site visits, and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in civil, industrial, infrastructure or structural projects.
• Experience with water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, heavy civil or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is an asset.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to project sites across Ontario and Eastern Canada.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Bluebeam
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
