Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

The Construction Project Coordinator will support the planning and execution of construction projects on site. You will act as the main point of contact for subcontractors, ensure daily operations run smoothly, and help maintain quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor activities and supervise their work on the construction site.
• Evaluate daily operations, plan and organize tasks, and monitor progress against schedules.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates for construction projects.
• Develop construction schedules, set milestones, and track their achievement.
• Establish and enforce quality‑control policies and procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Operate CADD and other relevant computer software systems.
• Develop risk‑management plans and produce regular project reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in construction coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with subcontractors and internal teams.
