Construction Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day field operations for a premium outdoor‑living and landscape construction company. This role is rooted on the job site, where you will proactively solve problems, hold crews accountable, and ensure projects are delivered correctly the first time.

Key responsibilities

• Own all aspects of construction field operations and project execution.
• Plan schedules, allocate manpower, and manage resources across multiple crews.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Maintain crew accountability, communication, and daily performance.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they lead to costly rework.
• Streamline operational workflows while preserving simplicity.
• Uphold the premium customer experience expected by the brand.
• Reduce owner involvement in daily execution to support scalable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in landscape construction, outdoor‑living, hardscape, or similar environments.
• Strong track record in field operations and crew leadership.
• Working knowledge of job costing, production efficiency, and margin management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with accountability and professionalism.
• Comfortable working within existing systems and improving them.
