Construction Manager – Residential (Single & Multi-Family)

About the role

Crystal Creek Homes, an award‑winning residential builder in Calgary, is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead its single‑family and multi‑family projects. You will be responsible for delivering homes safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the company’s high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor Site Supervisors, Assistant Site Supervisors and field crews.
• Ensure homes are built efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Drive improvements in build times while maintaining superior workmanship.
• Support cost‑control initiatives and assist with trade procurement.
• Facilitate communication between trades, suppliers, construction teams and office departments.
• Prepare and maintain construction reports and provide regular progress updates.
• Participate in plan reviews and construction check‑set reviews as needed.
• Develop and maintain scheduling templates within the operating system.
• Implement processes and procedures that improve efficiency and consistency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers and industry partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing residential construction projects, both single‑family and multi‑family.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
