Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects across Canada. The role will oversee all aspects of construction, from technical execution to contractor coordination, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive construction and technical delivery for wireless network deployments, including rooftop, greenfield, DAS and venue sites.
• Manage contractors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Oversee project controls, maintaining schedules, budgets, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and regulatory compliance throughout all construction activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including wireless carriers, telecom vendors and government inspectors.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in telecommunications construction management.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale wireless network rollouts and multiple active construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of wireless network construction methods (rooftop, greenfield, DAS, venue).
• Experience working with wireless carriers, telecom vendors or infrastructure providers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
