Construction Manager

About the role

Wright Construction is seeking a full‑time Construction Manager to lead projects from conception through completion in Saskatoon, SK. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop detailed schedules, estimate costs, and monitor budgets.
• Ensure onsite and offsite work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
• Meet contractual performance conditions and manage daily progress reviews.
• Prepare internal and external status reports.
• Identify potential issues, develop mitigation plans, and resolve emerging problems.
• Negotiate terms, draft contracts, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, and schedule complex construction activities.
• Excellent knowledge of building and safety regulations.
• Effective communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on proactive issue prevention.
