Construction Manager – Canada

About the role

Join Restaurant Brands International’s Tim Hortons construction team to lead the delivery of new restaurant builds and remodels across Canada. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, ensure design standards are met, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee external construction management and design consultants.
• Manage internal design standard approval process and material/vendor planning for the region.
• Approve and monitor project costs, procurement, and equipment delivery.
• Coordinate with franchisees and other project stakeholders.
• Lead tender and general contractor management for 20‑40 new builds and 75+ remodels annually.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architectural design or construction management.
• 3‑6 years of experience in third‑party project management or general contracting, handling over 100 projects per year.
• Strong understanding of critical‑path scheduling, contracting, budgeting and change‑order management.
• Proven ability to create scopes of work, track progress and manage budgets.

What we offer

• Base salary $110,000‑$130,000 CAD per year.
