Construction Foreman – Field Operations

About the role

Hall Shoring & Foundations is seeking a dedicated Construction Foreman to lead daily field operations in Edmonton. You will coordinate drilling, piling, grouting, pumping and rigging activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily field work in collaboration with the Superintendent.
• Assign tasks, monitor crew performance, and enforce safety standards.
• Conduct hazard assessments, safety meetings, and pre‑task planning.
• Maintain organized work areas, inspect equipment, and stage materials for efficient workflow.
• Record daily reports, timecards, equipment logs, and incident documentation.
• Communicate site conditions, equipment performance, and manpower needs to the Superintendent.
• Ensure compliance with Hall’s safety program and local OHS regulations.
• Mentor Lead Hands and Operators, promoting technical skill development and safe practices.
