Construction Estimator

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Estimator to join our team in Quebec. The role involves preparing accurate labour and material cost estimates for a variety of construction projects, from residential to industrial. You will work closely with engineers, architects and subcontractors to ensure estimates reflect project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs based on blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bid forms.
• Liaise with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors to adjust cost estimates as project details change.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to determine work requirements.

Required profile

• Other trades certificate or diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in hard infrastructure, civil, commercial, industrial or residential projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Client‑focused and organized mindset.
