About the role

The Communications Advisor joins a dynamic, collaborative team at CGI’s Payroll Services Centre. You will design, coordinate, and deliver strategic communications for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, turning complex information into clear, engaging messages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing, editorial, and translation support for operational projects, client communications, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate all phases of communication projects, from design and drafting to approval, translation, production, and delivery.
• Develop and execute communication plans, contributing to strategy based on best practices.
• Facilitate internal and partner communication committees and manage document reviews and translations.
• Format and design documents (PowerPoint, Word) ensuring compliance with templates and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in a similar communications role.
• Excellent writing and translation abilities in both French and English.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
