Concierge – Residential Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge redefines the residential rental experience by delivering personalized services, community programming, and exceptional customer care. Acting as the primary ambassador for residents and guests, the role anticipates needs and ensures a welcoming environment across CLV Group’s properties.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate arrival and departure of LIV Extended Stay guests and assist with reservations.
• Promote and secure bookings for optional services such as housekeeping, dog walks, pet vacations, dry cleaning, and fitness classes.
• Complete scheduled dog walks and pet home visits.
• Manage reservations of common amenity spaces for private resident events and help coordinate those events.
• Provide access‑control services, oversee parcel reception and storage, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Respond promptly to resident questions, suggestions, and complaints, delivering win‑win solutions.
• Greet all residents and guests with courtesy and urgency, using professional telephone etiquette.
• Assist with resident move‑ins and move‑outs, maintain logs and data sheets, and support administrative tasks.
• Implement recycling or other cost‑saving environmental programs and update corporate systems as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hospitality experience.
• Higher education or vocational training in hospitality is desired.
• Good geographic knowledge of the Ottawa area.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; a second language is a plus.
• Comfortable working with animals and able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Strong organizational, decision‑making and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and exercise independent judgment.
• Proficiency with computer applications and corporate systems.
• Availability for evenings and weekends and willingness to work across multiple CLV properties.
