Compounding & Clinical Pharmacist – Full-Time

About the role

Ford's Family Pharmacy, an independent pharmacy in Moncton since 1997, is seeking a full‑time Compounding & Clinical Pharmacist. The position offers a true clinical environment with no evening, Sunday or summer weekend shifts, allowing you to focus on patient‑centered care and advanced compounding work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient‑focused clinical care and comprehensive medication management.
• Verify prescriptions, conduct therapeutic assessments and review drug interactions.
• Perform non‑sterile compounding for human and veterinary patients.
• Conduct in‑depth medication reviews and one‑on‑one consultations.
• Deliver immunizations and preventive health screenings (blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes).
• Mentor pharmacy technicians, assistants and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with a strong interest in clinical practice and compounding.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, with occasional Saturday mornings.
• Commitment to collaborative care with physicians, nurse practitioners, veterinarians and dentists.
• Desire for long‑term growth, including potential leadership or equity partnership.
