Composite Repair Technician – Aircraft

About the role

Join a leading defence systems provider as a Composite Repair Technician focused on aircraft structures. You will work in a manufacturing environment handling composite materials and performing structural repairs on both military and general aviation platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repair and overhaul of aircraft composite components following engineering specifications.
• Handle composite materials safely, managing parts up to 23 kg (50 lb).
• Document repair work and maintain records using MS Office tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or equivalent 1‑2 year certificate/diploma in aerospace, manufacturing engineering technology, CNC machining or related field.
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in aircraft structural repair, especially with composites.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a manufacturing setting.
