Compliance Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance Advisor to help our property and casualty insurance business manage regulatory risk. You will work closely with internal teams and sector compliance leaders to ensure that all legal and regulatory obligations are met and that any non‑compliance issues are promptly escalated.

Key responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders on regulatory risk management and support the deployment of compliance programs.
• Monitor legislative changes, inform relevant parties, and assess the impact of new regulations.
• Collaborate on the implementation of laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by authorities.
• Identify, assess, and manage regulatory risks together with process and risk owners.
• Develop, follow‑up, and coordinate action plans for non‑compliance, tolerance breaches, and regulatory incidents.
• Maintain and update regulatory risk registers and contribute to risk‑management reporting.
• Participate in awareness activities, regulatory monitoring mandates, and risk analyses for projects.
