Community Pharmacist – Full-time (Ottawa)

About the role

Pharmacie Brisson, a family‑owned community pharmacy serving Ottawa since 1921, is looking for a licensed pharmacist to join its team. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centered care in a warm, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safe preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Perform clinical verification of prescriptions and therapeutic assessments.
• Conduct medication reviews and patient consultations.
• Administer immunizations and provide minor‑ailment services.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimise therapeutic outcomes.
• Occasionally lead public education sessions on pharmacy and health topics.

Required profile

• Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong clinical and therapeutic knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
