Community Navigator – Event Management

About the role

The Community Navigator leads the planning, coordination, and execution of high‑impact events that bring together donors, volunteers, corporate partners, and community leaders. This position is essential to advancing United Way’s mission by ensuring events align with the organization’s brand, values, and community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and manage large‑scale community events from concept to delivery.
• Engage and collaborate with donors, volunteers, corporate partners, and community leaders to maximize participation and impact.
• Work across internal departments to ensure events are strategically aligned and operationally excellent.
• Maintain consistency with United Way’s brand guidelines and community objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and executing community or nonprofit events.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage event logistics.
• Commitment to United Way’s mission and values.
