Community Engagement Manager

About the role

MedSleep is a fast‑growing sleep‑medicine company operating across Canada. We are seeking a Community Engagement Manager to expand our presence in the Greater Vancouver area, building relationships with healthcare providers and driving referral growth for sleep‑testing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new referral sources from family physicians, specialists, hospitals and discharge coordinators.
• Develop strategic partnerships with pharmacies, senior‑living communities, home‑care agencies and other healthcare organisations.
• Conduct in‑person visits, lunch‑and‑learn sessions and presentations to educate providers on the benefits of sleep‑medicine diagnostics.
• Serve as the primary liaison between referring providers and MedSleep’s clinical teams to ensure seamless patient access.
• Represent the company at local healthcare networking events, conferences and industry meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to create referral‑focused materials, digital campaigns and community‑engagement initiatives.
• Analyse referral data and provider feedback to refine outreach strategies and track performance trends.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare referral process.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of medical professionals.
• Strategic thinker with a results‑driven, relationship‑focused mindset.
• Highly motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment.
