About the role

Join the Marquette Charlebois Gervais Advisory Group at National Bank Financial as a Communications & Business Development Associate. You will act as a multifunctional hub, supporting communications, marketing, operations, and technology initiatives to boost team efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and distribute internal and external communications.
• Create and update marketing content such as newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
• Coordinate with external suppliers including graphic designers, printers, web providers, and event organizers.
• Provide administrative support and ensure timely operational follow‑ups.
• Plan and execute corporate or client events, handling all logistics.
• Serve as a super‑user of digital tools, offering daily support to team members.

Required profile

• College or university diploma in communications, administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in communications, marketing, administrative management, or operations.
• Excellent written communication skills in French.
• Strong ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Comfort with a variety of digital tools and communication platforms.
