About the role
As a Commercial Sales Representative for Techo-Bloc, you will develop and grow a strategic territory covering Montreal, the North Shore, and occasional travel to the Maritimes. You will act as a trusted advisor to architects, engineers, municipalities, developers, and contractors, influencing product specifications early in project development.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landscape architects, architects, engineers, municipalities, developers, and contractors.
- Promote and specify Techo-Bloc products in commercial, institutional, and municipal projects.
- Qualify leads generated through marketing initiatives, industry events, referrals, and networking.
- Deliver product presentations, educational seminars, and Lunch & Learn sessions to increase brand awareness.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and prepare project quotations.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to secure and close projects while meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience working with architects, engineers, municipalities, developers, or contractors is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision‑makers, and drive business growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
