Commercial Insurance Client Executive – Alberta

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through proactive cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients across sectors such as real estate, retail, manufacturing, and contracting.
• Promote and sell commercial property, auto, CGL, and other insurance policies.
• Collaborate with a support team of insurance professionals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for new and renewal business.

Required profile

• Outbound sales experience is required.
• Active AIC or RIBO license is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently or with team support.
• Focus on external outreach and relationship building (not an inside‑sales role).
