Collision Auto Body Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Collision Auto Body Technician to join our team at Neno's Paint & Body Ltd. in Cranbrook, BC. The successful candidate will restore damaged vehicle bodies to factory standards in a fast‑paced shop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the work space; replace front‑end, body, door, frame and under‑body components.
• File, grind and sand body surfaces, hammer out dents and buckles using blocks and hammers.
• Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
• Repair or replace interior components and operate soldering equipment or apply plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams.

Required profile

• Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience (1‑2 years in collision repair).
• Motor Vehicle Body Repairer Red Seal Endorsement and Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification.
• Own transportation and a valid driver’s licence; ability to work in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
